This large yet perfectly formed Satsuma vases are a wonderful example of Japanese Meiji-era artistry. Each vase with wraparound decoration showing a busy crowd scene of opulently-dressed people. The neck and foot of each vessel with stripes of flowers including in a stylised Kimono pattern-form. Set with superbly decorated dragon handles.
