"Rare Faience Plate « Les Etrennes » By Creil & Montereau"
This desirable French plate is sought after by antique doll collectors as it represents a lady from the upper class surrounded by her children while enjoying their etrennes presents. Preserved in good condition, it shows a minor dent on the back of the lower portion of the plate. Clear marking in the back, typical of the later years of the 19th century.
