Bronze sculpture representing Buddha seated with his right hand raised in Abhaya Mudra and his left hand holding a bowl.
It is most certainly of Chinese origin, in fact, the expression of the face, and the posture seem to attribute to the Buddha Shakyamuni in Chan (Zen) Buddhist art.
