Superb vase in fine Limoges porcelain, Tharaud factory, circa 1950/1960. Richly decorated with stylized flowers in shades of blue on a midnight blue background, enhanced with a delicate line of fine gold highlighting each contour. The whole is topped with a neck and base also highlighted in gold. This refined, very decorative decoration mixes floral inspiration and late Art Deco graphics, characteristic of the beautiful productions of Tharaud in Limoges in the post-war years.
