Antique Neapolitan Smith dressing table in mahogany with maple inlays, dating back to the early 19th century.

The front features a large rectangular mirror topped with a cymatium and supported by two twisted arms.

The lower section is enhanced by a large base richly inlaid with mythological motifs and topped with a white statuary marble top.

The lower section is accented by a large drawer that can be pulled out with the original bronze key.

Provenance: Naples (1810/20)

Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen using the traditional shellac and alcohol method.
