Important pair of neoclassical chests of drawers from the second half of the 18th century, from Lombardy, by the renowned "Maggiolini" cabinetmaker.

Rosewood veneer with inlays of various exotic woods. Green Alpine marble slab. Truncated pyramid leg. Walnut drawer interiors. The pieces are lined on the sides, while the "mirror" drawers, in addition to the lined fronts, feature a basket of flowers, a custom custom of the son of the master Giuseppe Maggiolini, Carlo Francesco (1758/1834), known as a collaborator and heir to his father's workshop.
