Antique Louis Philippe Desk, French Manufacture, In Cuban Mahogany
Antique Louis Philippe desk, French manufacture, in Cuban mahogany, with oak drawer interiors.
The piece has been meticulously restored in our workshop, stripped of paint, and refinished with shellac.
This desk has two sliding shelves, as you can see in the photos, that can be pulled out to increase the storage space.
There appear to be four drawers, but on the right, opening the top drawer also opens the bottom drawer, so it is divided internally by another internal drawer (see photo).
The leather top has been replaced with genuine leather.
