This Absolutely Magnificent  Famous Bedroom, has stared in a movie! Its a rare 4-piece bedroom set is a fantastic piece of Artwork. The Bedroom features an Absolutely Fabulous Heavily Carved Bed, with fantastic barley twist posts and heavily carved footboard, not the words in Latin SALVE.

The King-Size Bed with an impressive very large, with detailed carvings to the Headboard and Footboard, crafted from beautiful rich solid walnut wood. The bed has fabulous twisted posts at all corners with carved 3d putti cherubs, the Headboards and Footboards are carved with an array of Mythical creatures such as Cherubs, Angels.. The set comes with twenty five drawers for ample storage, additional shelving and clothes hanging rail compartments making it both practical and Unique.

The bedroom set has been carved by one of the most fantastic craftsmen of the time, due to quality and details of the carvings.

This Rare and Exquisite bedroom set also includes other stunning pieces, such as a matching Wash stand with a large mirror and marble top, a Dresser also with Large Mirror, and a triple door Armoire all with ornate heavily carved details, like you have never seen before!

This original Italian Antique Renaissance Bedroom set from the late 19th century has been well maintained and is sure to add a the WOW factor to any bedroom. With three dimensional carvings with mythical creatures, Angels, flowers, foliage and people.

The Beautiful Bed can be used with 170 x 200 mattress size, the external dimensions of the bed is 190cm x 230cm. The Headboard is 240cm High!! The Footboard 150cm.

The wardrobe dismantles in full and stands at 275 cm High (Including the Cherub Crest) x 225 cm x 65 cm depth. There are three compartments, one houses shelves, the central compartment has a clothes hanging rail, and the third compartment also has a rail. The central mirror is full length. The wardrobe has a cherub crest and Bambocci style head to the doors, with Barley Twist at each side of the Armoire with carvings to the doors of  cherubs and Angels. There are four barley twisted columns with to edge each of the Armoire compartments.

The Wash Cupboard has a drawer and a storage cupboard underneath with a marble top. There are brass lion head drawer pulls. There are angel carvings on the mirror crest, also barley twist design. The dimensions are (136 + 95) 231 high x 100 x 56 cm depth.

The Vanity Dresser has a Beautiful Large Mirror with a Putti Cherub crest and to either side on barley twist posts. There are brass lion head drawer pulls . The dimensions are  ( 145 + 105) 250 cm High x 133cm width x 64cm depth.

The bedroom set is rare and unique piece in solid carved walnut wood, that will not be seen again!

Condition Report

The Bedroom is over one hundred years old and is in good order for its age, there are some marks and small losses.

The back panels of the wardrobe have been replaced more recently.

It should be noted that these works are antique or vintage and as such may be expected to show some signs of age, use and wear, please take this into consideration prior to purchase.

Shipping

Our main Depot is located in Montpellier in the South of France. The majority of our stock will be shipped from this location.

For small Items weighing less than 20kg and girth 180cm(W+Hx2), this is around 50x30x40cm box.

Delivery 7-14 days dependant on your location. 

You may be subject to customs charges for your package which will be payable on the delivery of your item. Please contact our dedicated team for more information before your purchase.

Bulky items to UK and EU

These items will be shipped with our own transport partners who operate in-between UK-France-Spain. We aim to send these items in 2-4 weeks. We can ship to other EU countries, however the delivery times will be vary.

Bulky Items - Overseas Shipping

We will need your full address to obtain a true shipping cost from our freight forwarding partners.

When all cost have been agreed we will organise packaging, and crating if required. The shipment will then be delivered to our Freight forwarding partners in the UK, and booked on to the next sailing.

Sailings can take between 2-4 weeks depending on your destination.

If you do not have a customs broker to organise customs taxes (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and paperwork, our shipping partners can assist with this.

These overseas deliveries can take between 4-8 weeks.

Insurance

For any shipments where you have paid an extra insurance fee, in the unfortunate event of any damage in transit. All damages must be reported to the end destination courier and us straight away in order that we can start the claims process.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your purchase to arrange return and refund.

Returns should be in the original package as received

Items must be returned in their "as sold" condition.

The purchaser should communicate with the relevant shipping company that it is a return shipment, and cover all costs.
