Rare and beautiful shield-shaped mirror, with painted decoration fixed under glass representing the Rape of the Sabine Women, in a gilded and molded wooden frame, decorated with rocailles, acanthus leaves, flowers and foliage in high relief, painted in natural and gilded (small restorations).Venice, mid-18th century.
