"18th Century Pair Of White Marble Basins"
Elegant
pair of basins in fine white Carrara marble, made in Medici Renaissance style
and shape. The basins have a podded body and are supported by a raised base,
which adds a touch of refinement and majesty. A peculiar characteristic of
these basins is the presence of a hole in the center, designed to allow water
to drain if they are used as plant pots. This functional detail blends
harmoniously with the classic and refined aesthetics of the basins, giving them
an aura of timeless elegance. Second half of the 18th century Tuscan
manufacture.
