Very interesting covered vegetable dish from the Empire period in solid silver of the first title (950%). Hallmarks of guarantee of Paris for the period 1809-1819. Lid and basin are engraved with the coat of arms of General Raphaël de Casabianca (1738-1825). Count Casabianca was raised to the rank of peer of France by Napoleon I and confirmed in this dignity by Louis XVIII after a very long and impressive military career which began under Louis XV as captain of the Corsican infantry regiment.
