Antique Tyrolen Wardrobe In Pine, 1800s

We present this fantastic antique wardrobe with the date 1828 on the front, a rare wardrobe with a timeless antique charm!
Made of solid pine wood and featuring a splendid hand-painted decoration. The doors and sides are characterised by geometric panels with hand-painted floral decorations. The painted decoration is on each side of the furniture making it pleasing to the eye from every angle. Its line is particular with a very decorative wavy frame at the top. Equipped with two doors, it has a practical internal division with a clothes rail and a long shelf at the top. Note that the interior can be modified according to your needs by adding shelves; the request must be made before ordering. A curiosity: originally the shelf positioned at the top was called a hat rack because it was intended to store hats.
A particular feature is the presence of two small secret compartments in the lower part of the band, which can be used to discreetly store confidential documents or small jewels.
This type of wardrobe is typical of the Tyrol area, a geographical mountain region located between Italy and Austria.
The wardrobe will be shipped disassembled, assembly is not included in the delivery, but we can provide a support video. Please note that this is a wardrobe whose assembly is very simple because it is divided in half into two separate bodies.
Although in our opinion it is perfect for decorating a country or mountain home, its old-fashioned charm can also bring warmth to a modern urban environment.
