Vacheron Constantin, vintage extra-thin large-diameter watch in 18-carat yellow gold, reference 2045Q, equipped with the superb K1121 caliber, date function located at 3 o'clock, rotor in steel and 21-carat gold, self-winding movement stamped with the Geneva hallmark. Brushed slate gray dial, yellow gold indexes and hands (sigma), elliptical case with pressed back, signed winding crown. Dimensions: 33.5 mm (excluding crown) x 38.5 mm x 6 mm (including glass), the mechanism and the case are signed and numbered.
