Large Illuminated Parchment: Solemn Religious Vows, Venice, 1769

Large parchment document, laminated and stretched on wood, presented under antique glass in an antique oak frame, re-cut.
It is a gouache with rich polychrome and gilded decoration, which shows aspects of the Bernardine order, monks and nuns, under the representation of Holy Family, among flowers and instruments of Passion. Below, family coat of arms. 4
Central text Latin, a little thickened, allows us to date it 1769, St. John Evangelist church in Torcello, (Venice), ceremony of pronouncing the vows of a nun, who signed it.

Good condition, no tears or restoration, normal wear and scars of a work from 250 years ago.
