circular lens mirror from the Empire period. The mirror is characterized by its
carved and gilt wooden frame, enriched with delicate decorative geometric
engravings on all four sides, as well as a geometric decoration surrounding the
mirror. The decorative balls adorning the frame add an extra touch of
refinement. Additionally, it is complemented by an ebonized wooden passe-partout.
The original lens mirror creates a captivating wide-angle effect. Its elegance
and sophistication allow it to tastefully and classily furnish any environment.
Made in England during the first half of the 19th century, in the Empire period
(circa 1830-1840).
