"Telescope By Plossl"
Small travel telescope with three draws made of brass and mahogany. It is signed "Plossl in Wien" or Simon Plossl, manufacturer of mainly optical instruments, active between 1820 and 1850. The telescope is in very good condition of preservation and functioning. It has retained its mouth for the objective, the slide of its eyepiece and its leather carrying case. It measures 17.2cm folded, 48.7cm unfolded. Beautiful Austrian signature.
