18ct Gold And Jet Earrings, Napoleon 111
A regal pair of Napoleon 111 earrings in 18k gold and jet.
They could well be Onyx but I prefer to say they are Jet. They are light and very easy to wear. One stone has a small chip but is not easily visible. There is a double eagle head hallmark which I understand was used as a method of protection against fraud from 1847 - 1919 due to one or more stolen Hallmark Stamps.
The earrings are not heavy and weigh 2.7g each.
