It features a molded cornice above 2 short and 6 long, cockbeaded graduated drawers, all lined in oak and fitted with original brass swan neck handles and escutcheons. The chest stands on beautiful original shaped bracket feet and dates to around 1790 in England. This George III painted chest on chest boasts a great color and patina, making it a solid piece of furniture suitable for any period home. It also breaks in half for easy transport.
