One is in perfect condition, the second has a small discreet lack of tortoiseshell on the edge (last two photos). The animated backgrounds are in slight relief. The edges as well as each floral medallion are enhanced with a fine gold fillet. This gilding is partly faded.Jacob Petit (1796-1868) is considered the Porcelain Maker of Old Paris.
