Pair of large Louis XV armchairs in carved and waxed beech, 18th century. Their flat violin-shaped backrest receives armrests with cuffs resting on whiplash consoles. Their wide seat with scalloped crosspiece rests on four curved legs ending in a shell. They receive a carved decoration of flowers, acanthus leaves, cartouches ... Traditional upholstery redone and covered with a very luminous damask in the taste of the period in shades of beige and light green. Good condition, restorations of use and maintenance, in particular to the base (grafts and joints see photos)
