Antique medal in 18-carat pink and green gold. The medal is engraved with a miraculous Virgin, surrounded by a garland of fleurs-de-lis in green gold. French work. Gross weight: 1.7 grams. Unengraved back. Diameter (without the bail and without the ring): 2.5 cm. Hallmark: Horse's head, hallmark which was in force in France from 1838 to 1919 for 18-carat gold.
