"Very Beautiful Small 19th Century Bronze, Young Neapolitan Boy Attributed To Giovanni De Martino."
This beautiful little bronze, from the late 19th or early 20th century, is in very good condition, with a beautiful patina. Unsigned, it is attributed to Giovanni De Martino (1870-1935), a Neapolitan bronze worker. Its marble base has three discreet lacks at the base, as well as an old small trace of glue on the back (last photos). All this remains very discreet. Note: the bronze bust is embedded and probably glued in the marble. This is surprising for a bronze from this period, however, the two fit perfectly together. Dimensions of the base: 12.2 x 9.5 cm. Height: 16.6 cm. Fast, careful and very secure shipping, free for France.
