François Belliard attended the Rouen School of Fine Arts, choosing the "Engraving" option. Settled with his wife, Agnès His, in the Loire Valley, he practiced the art of raku with a fantasy that combines with great rigor. For the past ten years, he has devoted himself to the art of furniture and occasionally to ceramics. Some of his works are preserved at the Musée National de Céramique de Sèvres.
