Émilien Dufour, born in 1894 in the 14th arrondissement of Paris and died in 1975 in Briançon, was a French painter and illustrator. He illustrated numerous works, including Dumas, Loti, Stendhal, Poe, and France. A superb copy, entirely hand-illustrated, with 31 interventions by the illustrator, sometimes on double pages.
