A late 18th-century Louis XVI secretaire in walnut, rosewood, and native wood marquetry. It rests on four spindle legs. It opens with four drawers in rosewood and frieze marquetry, one at the top and three at the bottom. The drop-leaf flap is inlaid with a Greek frieze, decorated with a medallion featuring a quiver, a bow, and a musical instrument. The latter reveals a solid walnut theater, six drawers, a niche, and two shelves.
