REGENCE PERIOD CHEST OF DRAWERS, EARLY 18TH CENTURY. IT IS COVERED WITH RED LANGUEDOC MARBLE MOULDED WITH A CORBIN BEC. IT IS MARQUETED WITH ROSEWOOD FRISAGE. OPENING WITH FOUR DRAWERS IN THREE ROWS, SEPARATED BY BRASS FLUTES. THE ROUNDED UPRIGHTS END WITH BRASS FLUTES. RESINOUS FRAME WITH GILT AND CHISELED BRONZE ORNAMENTATION. BEARING A "FÉLIX" STAMP. Based on the age of the chest of drawers, early 18th century, we are thinking of the Félix establishments based in the Faubourg Saint-Antoine between 1830 and 1850, who would have affixed their stamp during a restoration due to use and maintenance. It is unlikely that this is Laurent Felix, who became a master in 1755, especially since our stamp is more likely C Felix. Delivery to mainland France.
