"Old White Earthenware Tureen"
This tureen has an oval shape, a sober and refined style, with squared side handles typical of the Empire period and a stylized fruit as the handle at the top of the lid.Made of earthenware, a rustic material, it nonetheless appears elegant today thanks to the simplicity of its design.
No maker’s mark, but I suppose it is Italian.
Various signs of use, some manufacturing imperfections, a small chips , but no cracks and no restorations.
