"His paintings of Argentine birds and flowers were recognized for their realism and color. They exude whole colors, sometimes with rich textural qualities" (ABC newspaper of Madrid, 1956). "It recalls the authentic aboriginal feeling of the people of Salta. Villages in distress where the color of the people seems to imitate the relief. The formal simplification of the lines, without departing from reality. Thanks to the force that animates him, everything in the painting becomes expressive." Characters, landscapes, compositions: they are a poetic song that individualizes, bringing us back to reality and distancing us from it through a highly onomatopoeic visual content.
