"Antique Reserve Sheet In Marquis Crown Linen Thread, Finely Embroidered Monogram – 19th Century"
Superb antique sheet of high quality, in pure linen yarn, typical of reserve linens kept intact for decades. This sheet, washed for the very first time, still retains its natural shade of unbleached linen, which testifies to its new used condition. The canvas is dense, supple and of a tight weave, with a regular weave revealing a luxurious and heritage fiber. It bears a hand-embroidered monogram 8 cm high, of very skillful execution, surmounted by a finely worked marquis crown, emphasizing the noble provenance of the piece. The whole is embroidered in white on white, in a refined sobriety typical of linens from great houses. ???? Dimensions: 245 cm x 345 cm ⚖️ Weight: 1.7 kg ????
