An unusual antique Thai bronze statue of the Buddhist deity Vessavana, also called Thao Wetsuwan. It is unusual in two respects: heis depicted with four arms and retains his original painted decoration.
Thao Kuwen or ท้าวเวสสุวรรณ Thao Wetsuwan is an honorary title and the modern pronunciation of the Pali Vessavaṇa.
