"Combes 1935 Painting Venice "
Framed oil on canvas signed lower right H.Combes and dated 1935. Work presenting an elegant scene of a man serenading a young woman on a balcony on a gondola. We can also see the gondolier asleep at the back of the gondola, which adds a touch of humor to the scene. Work to be restored because it has tears.
