19th century "mantelpiece" mirror. Very elaborate decoration of acanthus leaves, flowers and scrolls in the Louis XVI style. Wood gilded with gold leaf, mixture of techniques, typical of the 19th century, with tempera and mixtion. Very pretty model with a strong presence. The glass is still mercury, nevertheless pitted. 165 x 95
