An okimono-box in lacquer and ivory depicting a samurai armor, mounted on a container entirely decorated in hiramaki-e, hirame, and kirikane lacquer techniques. On the sides are Sōjōbō, the king of the Tengu, holding a fan and dressed as a yamabushi, and Yoshitsune, holding a wooden staff. At the top, above the kabuto helmet, rests a karasutengu.
