Tubular multi-layer glass paste vase, resting on a swollen base on a pedestal. Acid-etched and enameled decoration of stylized thistle flowers, typical of the naturalist aesthetic of the Art Nouveau period. The whole is enhanced with gilding on the neck and base. Shades of yellow, orange, red and brown blend harmoniously on a frosted background.
