"1940s Art Deco Sideboard"
Art Deco period sideboard, in Rio rosewood, sycamore interior, the left door reveals 3 drawers intended to receive a cutlery set. The right door has 3 shelves for storage. The central part opens with two doors by a circular pink copper handle and reveals two drawers in the upper part and a large shelf. The central part is highlighted by a quarter round in pink copper, the central doors display a rosewood marquetry. The whole rests on a solid base. The design of this piece of furniture is clearly that of a great cabinetmaker. perhaps Maxime Old 1910-1991
