"Very Important Renaissance Style Display Cabinet"
Very important display piece of furniture called a cabinet of curiosities in richly carved walnut. It opens with four glass doors, two wide on the front and two on the side. Two large twisted columns with foliage and capitals rest on a chest bench opening on the front and support a very large cornice carved with figures and foliage, just like the back and the front of the chest. Italy, 19th century.
