80-piece Silver-plated Cutlery Set In Louis XVI Style, Rubans Model.

Beautiful Louis XVI style silver plated cutlery set. 80 piece set consisting of:
- 12 table knives, 25.8 cm,
- 12 table spoons, 22 cm,
- 12 table forks, 22 cm,
- 12 oyster forks, 13.2 cm,
- 12 cheese/dessert knives, 18.2 cm,
- 8 tea/coffee/dessert spoons, 14.8 cm,
- 12 cake forks, 15 cm.
The knife blades are stainless steel, the handles and cutlery are silver plated.
All pieces are in excellent condition, very shiny and very few visible scratches from use, only the table forks have some traces of desilvering on the back of the fork tines, see last photo.
DM hallmark on each piece.
84 weight hallmark on the large cutlery, 18 on the handles of the large knives, very good quality silver plating.
French work, mid-20th century.
