Imposing Louis XV period chest of drawers, inlaid with rosewood and violet wood. The Greek marquetry decoration already announces the evolution towards the Transition style. It opens with 4 drawers on 3 rows, the locks, with a key, work perfectly. The gray/red marble top is original, as is its slightly patinated gilded bronze trim. This is a chest of drawers of very beautiful presence, remarkable for its proportions, its lines, as well as its quality of manufacture. This piece of furniture of Lyon origin, as evidenced by its assembly of softwood, as well as the walnut veneered drawer fields, has been carefully restored and revarnished in our workshop.
