Carcel Lamp In Painted Sheet Metal, 19th Century, Height 70 Cm

Carcel lamp in cream-colored cracked painted sheet metal in the shape of a volute crater (antique vase) from the 19th century.
The volute handles have caryatids as bases.
Octagonal base.
New electrification : gilded brass socket for E27 screw bulb mounted on a ball joint, new wire.
The power supply is mounted inside the foot.
Its Spanish square-shaped lampshade was created from an old Braquenié fabric "Exotic Butterflies" with a taupe-colored satin fabric.
