Rare Dutch painted figure representing in trompe l'oeil a little girl holding a candle, called a light panel, these panels often in pairs were presented in front of fireplaces. It is in blackened wood and painted in oil inspired by the portrait of Maurits de Haugières by Adrian Van Der Linde (good general condition, one repainted, it stands on itself thanks to a bracket at the back
