Small Nutcracker, Pine Nut Cracker Tongs, Engraved Iron, 18th Century, Languedoc

Pretty little iron nutcracker tongs, Nîmes or Languedoc, very old, a 17th century model which could have been forged during 18th century, decorated on jaw, the two levers with square section, ringed, are finished in turning, by very fine termination.
Dimensions: 11.5cm x 2cm.
Condition: Good. but there is a weakness near axis (red arrow) and of course, wear from use.
