This beautiful scarf features objects from either the Hermès Museum or the Maritime Museum, including: Second Empire harnesses, 18th century saddle covers, rudders, postilion boots, lanterns, sabers, steamboats, etc. Illustrated by Philippe Ledoux in 1962, it was reissued in 1992 and 1997 and remains sought after by collectors and lovers of vintage squares.
