Oval planter in finely openwork gilt bronze, resting on four spherical feet. Two side handles richly decorated with floral motifs and classical figures reinforce its elegance. The frame is accompanied by its glass insert with a scalloped edge, hand-decorated with bunches of grapes and foliage in white and gilt enamel. Delicate work in the Napoleon III style.
