Beautiful Louis XV period curved tomb chest of drawers in marquetry, opening with five drawers on three rows. Beautiful ornamentation of chiseled and gilded bronzes, original marble top in good condition, despite an old but almost invisible restoration. Parisian work around 1770, stamped twice on a front and back upright: P. A. GALLIGNÉ preceded by the Jurande hallmark JME. In good condition, missing a lock on the bottom drawer and missing the keys. Dimensions: H 88 x W 130 x D 65.5 cm GALLIGNÉ Pierre Antoine, Parisian cabinetmaker, lived on rue de Charenton, he was received master on October 5, 1767.
