"Late 18th Century Brass Planter / Planter"

Brass planter or planter. Late 18th century Round in shape, with a tin-welded bronze base. Resting on 3 bronze feet in the shape of a lion's paw. The twisted handles are inserted into lion heads. The rounded part is made of embossed gadroons and the rest is finely engraved. The upper circle is a bead on wrought iron. See photos for details. Condition of use: 3 small holes at the bottom and a few small dents related to age and use.
