"Antique Style Intaglio Mounted In A Ring "
Ring of oriental origin, in low-grade silver, decorated with an intaglio on brown sardoine representing a running dog, with a striated coat (brine) and surmounted by a name in Greek or Roman characters. Dating this amusing, but somewhat rustic, intaglio is difficult. We will say that it comes from the eastern Mediterranean, and at least 19th century. The setting is handcrafted, in the antique style. Length of the intaglio: 2 cm
