Lovely rectangular box with rounded corners in amboyna burl and rosewood marquetry at the corners. Its lid, inlaid in its center with a star, is highlighted all around with tone-on-tone rosewood. It closes with a push button that works perfectly. It opens onto a beautiful interior covered in fine blue velvet.
