"Napoleon III Period Chandelier In Bronze "
This bronze and crystal chandelier with a double brown and gold patina from the Napoleon III period is composed of three putti loves balanced on the edge of the basin, holding in their hands an illuminating crystal. The gilded bronze basin is internally lit by six lights which are diffused through the openwork bronze parts and the cut crystal and terracotta plates bordering the basin. Another cut crystal tulip in the upper part overhangs the ram cover to suspend the chandelier. This superb Napoleon III period chandelier is in perfect condition of conservation and functioning.
