Martin Bollé (Vilvoorde 1912 - Schaerbeek 1968) trained at Saint-Luc in Schaerbeek and at the Antwerp Academy and was a student of Constant Pellegrin and Jules Brouwers. He won the Prix de Rome in 1940. He began with a dark palette but discovered light around 1958. Works in the Museums of Brussels, Ghent.
