Superb and important oil lamp called "Athenian" in patinated and gilded bronze. Of very good quality bronzes entirely reworked by hand, our lamp presents all the ornamentation of the empire period taken up at the end of the 19th century: claw feet in lion paws, snake coiling around the central shaft, women's heads at the top of each foot. Very rare for its size and quality, this model bears the Rinks brand & its PATENT at the entrance of the lighting system. Electrified model in perfect condition. Very beautiful gilding.
